VOMO ISLAND, FIJI
Our favourite family-friendly getaway is Vomo Island Fiji. I love it so much because it ticks every box. I can’t recommend it highly enough. There is something for everyone on this island.
You can do every water sport you like in the crystal blue waters, but if you like to stay on land then there are amazing tracks to run and climb. The kids club is second to none and the staff are incredible. From the sunset bars to the delicious meals at the restaurants, this island is without doubt my absolute favourite.
The accommodation is luxury to the max. From beach villas to beach houses, Vomo really is the perfect destination for your family. David and I are very active so we made the most of the warm water and sunshine.
Candice & David’s VOMO must-dos
- We kayaked, snorkelled, went stand up paddling to another island. We ran around the island and worked out at the gym. For us this is perfect.
- We also relaxed in our private pool and made the most of our afternoons playing on the sand and relaxing.
- The girls spent a few hours a day at the kids village where they had a ball. They did activities such as cooking, learning traditional dancing, collected and painted coconuts, weaved skirts, feed fish and played dress ups.
Vomo Island takes all the stress out of travelling and holidaying with kids. They cater for families and you don’t have to worry about a thing.
