Rae’s on Wategos is our accommodation of choice. Positioned on the beach makes it really easy to take the girls down for a quick swim then back for a nap.

The Farm Byron Bay
Such a great brunch spot for the children; they can see the animals and play on the play set. They also have tours for the children with the animals which is fabulous! The food is absolutely delicious and they have a shop which sells the most incredible Three Blue Ducks Rosemary Salt.

Cape Byron Lighthouse
The Lighthouse walk is always a beautiful way to start the morning and definitely a must do in Byron.

Early mornings spent at The Pass is a great spot for Tom to surf and the girls and I to play on the beach.

On our way back to the airport, we always stop at this hidden Japanese gem! It has a very casual setting, great for the girls to run around and the the food is world class!

RACHEL’S MUST-HAVE
My travelling essential is my BabyZen YOYO Stroller, it fits in the overhead luggage storage area on the plane and is the lightest and easiest pram.
